Termly Newsletter

As the school pauses for the Easter break, I find myself looking back on a term that has been defined by wonderful energy and achievement. Reflecting on the sheer variety of experiences our students have engaged with over the past few months, it is clear that the spirit of Amery Hill is as vibrant as ever.

This term has been exceptionally dynamic. Beyond the daily dedication to academic progress, the school has been a hive of extra-curricular activity. Our Year 10 students showed great maturity during their Mock Interviews, skilfully navigating professional conversations with volunteer interviewers from the local community. We also dedicated time to Empathy Week, fostering a culture of kindness and understanding that we feel is vitally important, indeed, a central element of our ICARE values, which underpin Amery Hill School life.

As we conclude this spring term, I want to express my sincere gratitude for your continued partnership. Whether through supporting a school event, helping your child prepare for a school activity, or cheering from the sidelines of a fixture, your  involvement is the heartbeat of our school.

Happy reading!
