Message for Parents regarding SCOPAY problem update 3.30pm 13/9/2018
We apologise for the confusion with canteen balances shown on SCOPAY yesterday. Our external partners have managed to rectify balances for most students. However, if your child hasn't used the canteen since 12th September their balances may still show as a negative amount. Once they have made another purchase in the canteen their balance should adjust to the correct amount.
Just to reiterate - the canteen's systems are showing the correct balances and students should be able to purchase food as normal.
Your patience is very much appreciated whilst this problem is being resolved.
